MJ represents Sirius Education Solutions to many of the districts in the Region 4 ESC. She strives to serve and help teachers and administrators that are looking for the right solutions to student growth and achievement. MJ majored in Education at Texas A&M University and graduated from Cal State University. She taught in California for 5 years in Bakersfield City Schools and studied to be a Reading Specialist at Cal State Bakersfield. MJ has worked for several different companies helping teachers implement Educational Technology in their classrooms for the last 15 years.
Hi, I’m Michael Rufus an Inside Account Executive here at Sirius Education Solutions. I’m a native Texan born and raised in Dallas,TX. I have more than 20 years of EdTech experience. The reason I’ve enjoyed such a long career in this Industry is simple: “It’s all about the kids.” I have a passion for Ed Tech and the self gratification it gives me knowing the small contribution I’m making. I thank Sirius Education for giving me the opportunity to use my skills and talents. In my personal time I love spending time with my family, watching movies. And of course I’m a Dallas Cowboy fan.

Annette’s career in Operations started three decades ago in the finance industry, where thinking outside the box for solutions was limited. Now, many years later, her appreciation for minute details, efficiencies, “find the yes” attitude, and problem-solving has served Annette well across so many industries: technology, call centers, health and patient care, and education. What she has found is that regardless of the industry, the goal never changes; we work to ensure that our department and our co-departments are working efficiently and effectively together to provide the best results for our customers.
Elizabeth is an experienced administrative assistant and customer service associate. She takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. As an Administrative/Customer Service Associate, she can assist with all questions regarding orders, invoices, payments, online system functionality, and online troubleshooting.
With 9 years of customer support experience, Megan brings the skills needed to help resolve any questions or concerns the customer may have. As a member of the Operations team, Megan provides customer service through chat, phone, and email, as well as online troubleshooting, invoicing, and purchase order processing.
