Annette’s career in Operations started three decades ago in the finance industry, where thinking outside the box for solutions was limited. Now, many years later, her appreciation for minute details, efficiencies, “find the yes” attitude, and problem-solving has served Annette well across so many industries: technology, call centers, health and patient care, and education.  What she has found is that regardless of the industry, the goal never changes; we work to ensure that our department and our co-departments are working efficiently and effectively together to provide the best results for our customers.

Aaron has been focused on a customer service role for approximately 6 years, honing the ability to connect with customers/clients on a personal and professional level. Working with the Sirius Operations Team and performing a variety of clerical tasks, he is devoted to ensuring orders are being processed, responding to phone calls and emails, answering any questions regarding our print and digital learning products, registering schools/districts in company eLearning platforms, etc. Aaron is committed to putting our customers first to ensure there is a smooth operation for the organization.
