Our district had several strategic goals in mind; these goals aligned with improving student performance, exceeding state standards, and supporting all teachers. The primary goals was to raise student scores on the STAAR by providing targeted standards-aligned practice and instruction. Furthermore, the district wanted to ensure that the program provided standards-based instruction.
